Welcome to Trek World (“Trek World,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using trek-world.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) Who We Are
Trek World is an editorial and fan-focused website that publishes Star Trek–related commentary, news, reviews, historical/archival discussion, and community-oriented content.

8) Star Trek / Paramount Disclaimer (Fan Site)
Trek World is an unofficial fan site.
Star Trek and related marks are the property of their respective owners (including Paramount/CBS and associated entities). Trek World is not endorsed by or affiliated with those owners.
9) Copyright / DMCA Takedown Requests
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice with:
- Your name and contact information
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content
- A description of the copyrighted work
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights owner or authorized agent
- Your signature (physical or electronic)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
