🎤 I was thrilled to meet Roger, Mike, and Michael, who have been part of our Trek World community for years. Together, we explored the convention floor, shared stories, and even had some memorable encounters with Star Trek actors. 🌌 The smaller crowd meant shorter lines for autographs and photo ops, giving us more time to chat with our favorite stars.
💡 The convention's location outside downtown Nashville provided easier access and better parking, making it a convenient choice for out-of-town visitors. However, it also contributed to the lower attendance numbers. 📉 While some vendors expressed concerns about sales, others appreciated the opportunity to connect with fans on a personal level.
👥 One of the highlights was the chance to engage with actors like Anson Mount and Doug Jones. Their down-to-earth nature and willingness to interact with fans made the experience truly special. 🌠 It's clear that they value their fans and understand the importance of these conventions in building community.
